Cueva Bar: Baked, Never Fried

Dear Cueva Bar,

You are our new fave neighborhood spot, and here's why:

• Your potato wedges with cheese and beer dip are a perfect starter. And at $5 for happy hour, we can't say no.
• Your ambience is sleek but laid back.
• Your wait staff is like immediate family—friendly but not over the top, with great suggestions at the ready.
• Oh, and the empanadas. Baked and never fried, they are oh so delicious with that killer chimichurri sauce. We could have eaten them all night.
  

We will be back to try ALL of the empanadas and the wine and anything else Oz serves up.
